• No reckless behavior outside designated drift areas
• Follow all safety instructions — failure to do so may result in removal

By participating in this event at Apple Valley Speedway, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that drifting and motorsports activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, or death.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event.

I agree that the event organizers, staff, sponsors, and Apple Valley Speedway are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or accident that may occur before, during, or after the event.

I confirm that:

• My vehicle is in safe operating condition
• I have brought all required safety equipment
• I am capable of safely operating my vehicle

I agree to:

• Follow all rules, instructions, and safety guidelines
• Respect the track, staff, and other participants
• Accept removal from the event if I fail to comply

I understand that:

• This ticket is valid for one-time use only
• No reckless behavior outside designated areas will be tolerated

By using this ticket and participating, I waive all claims against the event organizers and venue.
