All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please allow additional processing time during product launches, drops, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• International orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or customs are outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Born Sinners is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information
